Service Description
This service includes: Set-Up, Bar Service, Breakdown for a maximum of 5 Hours 50 Guest or more require an additional bartender **Client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol and adhering to all state and local regulations** **Any event outside a 25 mile radius of my home location, will be charged an extra fee, $1 per mile for gas and accommodations**
Cancellation Policy
Dry Hire Service & Bar Policy Sygnature Syps LLC Last Revised: August 25, 2026 Sygnature Syps provides mobile bartending services, including bar setup, equipment, glassware, mixers, and bartending staff. Alcohol is not included. The client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol. 1. Client Alcohol Responsibilities The client must purchase and provide all alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with Virginia and local alcohol laws. The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses, including any applicable banquet authorization. Alcohol may not be sold, resold, or served for payment unless legally authorized. The client is responsible for ensuring that guests are of legal drinking age and that alcohol is not served to minors or visibly intoxicated persons. Sygnature Syps may refuse or stop alcohol service when necessary for safety or legal compliance. 2. Deposit and Cancellation A deposit is required to reserve the event date and is nonrefundable. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: the deposit remains nonrefundable, but any remaining balance paid may be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event: all payments are nonrefundable. 3. Damage, Loss, and Additional Time The client is responsible for damage to or loss of Sygnature Syps property, including the bar, equipment, glassware, and supplies, caused by the client or event guests. The client may also be charged for service time extending beyond the agreed-upon booking period. Any damage, replacement, cleaning, or additional-time charges are payable upon request. 4. Venue and Safety The client must provide a safe, lawful, and suitable work area, including reasonable access to the event location. Sygnature Syps may stop service or leave the event if conditions become unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or materially different from what was agreed. 5. No Legal or Alcohol-Insurance Advice This policy is a general business draft and is not legal advice.
